In terms of finding other suitable events for IPTOC to attend we have been looking with interest at the JAE (Japanese Auto Extravaganza) website to see what they've been up to. Organised as a whole weekend event rather than a day trip, they nonetheless seem to have a full and fun-packed agenda planned, together with a very eclectic spread of Japanese automobilia, from the 1960s right up to the present day.

At £20+ per person for a weekend ticket, the cost is higher than that of the JAPS show, but in terms of value for money, could be well worth it.

 One thing that has become very apparent the more events we attend is the general lack of Japanese vehicles from the 1980s in attendance, which has led IPTOC to question whether or not JAPS is the most suitable annual event for us to champion. So -if anyone has any experience of Japanese and/or classic car events which would be up IPTOC's street, please get in touch!!!
